Any problems with purchased items should be addressed with Gloucestershire Trading Standards.
The car boot is held every Sunday No business traders can trade at a car boot. Only second hand stalls are allowed.
Fruit veg, coffee and cakes, butcher, ice cream van and catering unit are the only businesses allowed to trade as a business on Sundays.
No sellers can leave the site until after 1.30pm for insurance reasons.
You must stay in between your white lines.
The Operators reserve the right to refuse entry to any Seller or Buyer. Theft, violent, or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the site, with identity and suspected behaviour reported to the police. CCTV is in operation.
The management of the site have the authority to determine parking and positioning of vehicles and stalls, and may require relocation at their discretion. Efforts will be made to minimise disruptions, but attendees must comply with Cheltenham Car Boot & Market decisions.
Selling of illegal goods or goods requiring specific licenses, such as counterfeit products, weapons, laser pens, medicines, tobacco, fireworks, live animals, and fish, is prohibited. Alcohol sales are not allowed.
All unsold property, packaging, and rubbish must be removed from the site. Littering or fly tipping is not allowed. Charges may apply for rubbish left being after the event. Household goods left behind will be considered fly-tipping and may result in criminal prosecution.
The site must be vacated by 3pm Sundays and late/overtime charges may apply for those who fail to do so.
Caution must be exercised when driving around the site due to pedestrians. The maximum speed limit is 5 mph.
Parking for buyers is free in designated areas. ‘No Parking’ signs must be respected, and vehicles should be parked responsibly to avoid obstruction. Buyers are urged to park with consideration for other users and avoid parking in disabled bays without a valid Disabled Badge.
Toilets with cold washroom facilities are provided for convenience. Please leave them clean and report any issues to the stewards. Bins are available for general litter, and all other rubbish should be taken home. Charges may apply for use of larger bins near the main gates. Failure to leave pitches clear and clean may result in charges upon re-entry.
Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead, and owners are expected to clean up after them.
